Detailed Description

VFS_pulse provides an event pulse that can be subscribed to.

Sometimes when debugging, a developer needs incoming events to test functionality. VFS_pulse will generate events at an interval to subscribers for this purpose.

When a pulse event occurs, subscribers will receive:
